You pay your plan’s rate for each mailbox, and can add or remove mailboxes at any time. Starter starts at 1 mailbox, Business at 3 and Professional at 5. Aliases like sales@ or info@ are free and don’t count as mailboxes. At 100 mailboxes or more, ask about Enterprise volume pricing.
Yes, any time; just let us know. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing date, as long as your usage fits the smaller plan.
Prices are set in US dollars and shown in 26 currencies at the latest exchange rate, so you can see roughly what you’ll pay locally. We confirm your billing currency and payment methods when you order.
You need a domain to use MailCRO. Use one you already own and update its DNS records, or ask us to help you register a new one.
Your service runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Before it ends you can export all your mail over IMAP to any other provider. Your data is yours.
MailCRO is for real people and real business mail, including transactional messages like order confirmations. It isn’t for bulk marketing; see our acceptable use policy. For high-volume sending, ask about a dedicated server.
