How is MailCRO different from the big email suites?
We do one thing: business email. There are no ads, we never analyse your messages for marketing or AI training, and your mail is hosted in the location you choose: Germany, Finland or the USA. You get a focused service with real human support, at a fraction of the price of a productivity suite.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Every plan is built around your own domain, like you@yourcompany.com. We give you the exact DNS records to add and help you set them up.
Does it work with Outlook, Apple Mail and my phone?
Yes. MailCRO uses open standards (IMAP, POP3, SMTP, CalDAV and CardDAV), so it works with Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone, Android and the Gmail app. Most apps set themselves up when you enter your address.
How does migration work?
We copy your existing mailboxes while your old provider keeps running, and you only change your DNS once everything is verified. Business and Professional include assisted migration; on Starter we give you a step-by-step guide and answer any questions.
Is my email secure?
Every connection is encrypted with TLS, every domain is protected with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and every message is filtered for spam, phishing and viruses. Each account can use two-factor sign-in and app-specific passwords.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. If you leave, your mail is yours: export it over IMAP to any provider.
What support do I get?
