MailCrow provides email validation and data quality services, including but not limited to:

• Real-time email address validation
• Bulk email list processing
• API access for integration with third-party systems
• Consulting and advisory services
• Technical support and documentation

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specifically stated in your service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailCrow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our Service or other users.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
