Service Credits

Refunds for unused service credits may be requested within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Less than 10% of purchased credits have been used
  • No fraudulent or abusive activity detected on the account
  • Account is in good standing with no outstanding violations

Subscription Services

Monthly and annual subscription refunds may be considered:

  • Within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • For technical issues that prevent service usage
  • When service does not meet documented specifications

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Credits that have been fully or substantially used (more than 10%)
  • Custom integration or setup fees
  • Services rendered more than 30 days ago
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Third-party service fees or charges

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.

Service Level Guarantees

If our service fails to meet our documented uptime or accuracy guarantees, you may be eligible for service credits or partial refunds. Please refer to our Service Level Agreement for specific terms.

Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks or disputes with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.
